Centrifugal casting reaction tube
The centrifugal casting reaction tube, featuring heat resistance and wear resistance, applied in hydrocarbon steam reforming furnace is widely used in oil refinery, chemical plant and metallurgy industry such as DRI plant.
The Petrochemical Industry has a big demand for hydrogen. Over 90% of global refineries and chemical plants produce hydrogen by hydrocarbon steam reforming process.
Hydrocarbon steam reforming furnace includes: inlet manifold, reformer tubes, outlet manifold and up/down pigtail tubes. Reformer tube is produced by centrifugal casting.
Material: ZG40Cr25Ni35Nb, ZG40Cr35Ni45Nb, HP-Nb, HT50,GX40NiCrSiNb35-26,GX40NiCrNb45-35, G-NiCr28W and SCH24XNb etc.
Manufacturing process: centrifugal casting, Sand Casting, precision casting.
