The material and specification of Tube Sheet are based on user's technical requirements, which are used in tubular heating furnace, for tube positioning of Convection section. Based on more than 20 years of experience in casting tube sheet , the size of tube sheet ranges up to 6 tons .

Inspection: Chemical analysis by spectrometer for each heat, PT 100%(liquid penetrant test), VI(visual inspect)100%, dimensional check.
