Fired Heater for CCRU
A fired heater is a direct-fired Heat exchanger that uses the hot gases of combustion to raise the temperature of a feed flowing through coils of tubes aligned throughout the heater.
Fired heater is comprised of

Fired heaters are used throughout hydrocarbon and chemical processing industries such as refineries, gas plants, petrochemicals, chemicals and sunthetics, olefins, ammonia and fertilizer plant.
Radiant section: The radiant tubes, either horizontal or vertical, are located along the walls in the radant section of heater and receive radiant heat directly from the burner or target wall.
Convection section：The feed charge enters the coil onlet of Convection Section where it is preheated before transferring to the radiant tubes. The convetion section removes heat from the flue gas to preheat the content of the tubes and significantly reduces the temperature of the flue gas exiting the stack.
