Larger, corrosion is controlled by anode reaction and mass transfer process. BFe30-1-1 copper-nickel seawater cooler has tube side leakage problems during use in terms of material, welding performance, seawater quality, operating conditions and corrosion mechanism. The influence of flow rate and corrosion time on the film formation process was systematically analyzed to analyze the reasons for the tube side leakage of the cooler. The corrosion rate of B10 alloy in seawater with a test flow rate of 4 m/s has a similar variation with corrosion time.
